Players and Team Managers please check this page often for updated Board Meeting Minutes. The Minutes may contain information important to you and your team. If you have any questions regarding these Minutes, please contact the Secretary for clarification.
All are welcome to attend Board Meetings. You may sit in and observe, or if you would like to get on the agenda for an upcoming meeting, please contact the Secretary.
2008-09 Calendar of Board Meetings:
Regular board meetings for the upcoming season: Mon 6/9, Tues 8/5, Tues 9/2, Mon 10/13, Mon 11/10, Mon 12/8, Mon 1/12, Mon 2/9, Mon 2/23 and Mon 3/30 (Spring Meeting Planning). All meetings will be held at Davanni's Riverside unless otherwise noted.
League Calendar for the 2008-09 Season
Fall Meeting – Sat 9/20/08 9AM – Noon, Schwans Silver Room
Scheduling Meeting – Sun 10/05/08 Noon- 4pm (all divisions at once), Schwans Grand Hall. Game schedules to be finalized by Mon 10/13/08
First game - may be played starting Friday, Oct 24, 2008
Last game - must be completed by Sunday, March 1, 2009
Spring Meeting – Sat 4/18/09 9AM – Noon, Schwans Silver Room
State Tourney - March 19-22, 2009
Nationals for Whitecaps is March 13-15, 2009
Nationals for WHAM is March 27-29, 2009
